Error Code: 2123-1502

If you see error code 2123-1502 while trying to connect the internet, software downloading software, or launching software, please check the bellow solutions to fix it.

How to fix error code 2123-1502?

1. Try download again
  • Close the error message by pressing OK.
  • You will see a pop up, Select Continue to download again.
  • If you see “Downloading data…”, it is fixed.
2. Restart the Nintendo Switch console.

2168-0002

A console crash has occurred. Either corrupted hardware or pirated content could be the cause. The files on your Switch should be deleted immediately if they contain pirated content.
